Ranch Chicken with Green Beans & Potatoes

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
1 pound fresh green beans
1 pound red potatoes ( quartered )
1 packet dry ranch mix
1 cube butter
Directions:
In a 9x13 caserole dish place green beans on one third of dish.
Place chicken breasts, cut in 2 to 3 inch strips, in center of dish.
Place quartered red pototoes on last third of dish.
Sprinkle entire dish with just over half of ranch dressing mix.
Melt butter and pour over entire dish.
Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
