Momma's White Bread (Super Soft and Moist)

The key here is to follow instructions to exactness and make sure you use a good bread flour.

Ingredients:

3 Tbs yeast

1/2 cup brown sugar ( you can substitute white sugar and add 1 tbsp of molasses )

5 cups bread flour

6 cups hot water

Directions:

Mix for 2 minutes in Bosch

Ingredients:

1 cup bread flour

3 Tbs salt

1 cup oil

Directions:

Mix for 5 minutes in Bosch

Add up to: 8-11 cups of bread flour until slightly sticky; Mix for 5 more minutes in Bosch.

Place dough ball onto a slightly floured surface and knead dough until it forms a soft smooth ball. Place in a greased bowl and cover with moist cloth until dough doubles. Divide dough into equal parts and place into greased bread pans.

Bake at 350° for 33-35 minutes or until internal temp is 190°.
