Brazilian Rice & Beans

Ingredients:
1 chicken breast
1 can black beans ( or pinto beans )
1/2 package onion soup mix
fresh garlic to taste
1/2 bunch cilantro ( finely chopped )
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon beef boullion
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan, combine all ingredients. Cook on medium high until starts to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
Season chicken breast with garlic and onion salt. Grill until juices run clear.
Serve beans over rice and chicken. Enjoy
