Janet's Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef

  • 1 medium onion ( diced )

  • 2 cans tomato soup

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef and onions in skillet and drain off fat.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

  3. To add variety, brown with ground beef green peppers, mushrooms and tomato chunks, etc.

  4. Serve with your favorite pasta and a side of veggies. Enjoy!
