Dinner Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon yeast

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 cube butter

  • 3/4 tablespoon salt

  • 6 1/2 cup flour

  • 1/2 cup warm water

  • 2 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 3 eggs ( beaten )

Directions:

  1. In a bread mixer, combine water, yeast and sugar and mix.

  2. In a medium sauce pan, scald the milk then add butter to the milk and let cool.

  3. Add cool milk to yeast. Add the remaining ingredients and mix for 4 to 5 minutes with bread mixer.

  4. Let raise until double in size. Punch down and place dough on floured surface. Roll out and cut into squares. Shape squares into balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Let raise until double in size.

  5. Bake at 375 F for 15 minutes.

  6. Enjoy!
