Chicken Roll-Ups

Ingredients:
8oz cream cheese
1 cube butter
3 to 4 chicken breast boiled then shredded
1/2 cube melted butter
2 containers crescent rolls
crushed crackers or corn flakes
Sauce:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and butter together. Add shredded chicken. Open crescent rolls and separate triangles and lay flat on counter top. Place one heaping tablespoon of chicken mixture on crescent roll and roll up while pinching edges together. Dip in melted butter and roll in crushed crumbs.
Place on slightly greased pan so the roll-ups are not touching. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
In a small sauce pan combine cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Mix together and heat on med low until warm.
Remove roll-ups from oven and place on plate. Cover with sauce and enjoy with a side of veggies.
