French Dip Sandwich

Ingredients:
cheese of choice
1 small onion
1 bell pepper ( sliced )
1 clove of garlic
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 pound roast beef ( thinly sliced )
1 tablespoon butter
1 can beef broth
Directions:
Take french bread rolls and cut in half long ways. Butter top and bottom of roll and place on cooking sheet butter side up. Place bell pepper strips and cheese on top of roll and bake at 400 F, until brown.
While bread is cooking, place all of the remaining ingredients into medium sauce pan ( except beef ) and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat. Add roast beef to broth and let simmer for a couple minutes.
Take bread from oven and place roast beef onto rolls.
Pour individual servings of aju and serve with sandwiches.
