Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup unsalted butter
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
Cream together 1 1/2 cup butter softened, 1 cup sugar and 2 eggs. Gently add 1 cup sour cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
In a separate bowl combine 1 3/4 cup flour and 2 tablespoons baking powder and mix into wet ingredients until flour disappears. Gently stir in 1 cup blueberries.
Spoon into muffin tins. Top with topping before baking.
Topping:
Cut together 1/4 cup cold butter, 4 tbspoons flour and 6 tablespoons sugar. Spoon onto muffins before baking.
Bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes ( or less ).
