Philly Cheesesteaks
Ingredients:
1 pound rib eye (sliced thin)
1 white onion (sliced)
1 green pepper (sliced)
1/2 cup mushrooms (sliced)
2 teaspoons garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound provolone cheese
Salt and pepper
Hoagie or slider rolls
Directions:
Heat oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add the onion, pepper, and mushrooms. Cook 5-7 minutes or until the onions are translucent and the peppers are tender. Stir in the garlic. Remove the veggies from the hot pan. Place your meat on the skillet continuously stirring and slightly chopping for 2 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in your cooked vegetables, divide into four portions, and top with cheese. Once cheese has melted place into your bread and enjoy!
