Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 12 tablespoon oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Put 1 tablespoon oil in each muffing tin hole. Place in oven until oil get hot.

  2. While oil is heating, place ingredients in bowl and mix well.

  3. Fill muffin tims half full. Oil should sizzle.

  4. Cook for 15 minutes and serve with gravy. Enjoy
