Snickerdoodles
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cream of tarter
cinnamon and sugar
Directions:
Cream together sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla.
In a separate bowl combine flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tartar. Mix well.
Combine the sugar and flour mixtures together and mix well.
Form into 1 inch balls. Roll in cinnamon and sugar and place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 F for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and slightly flatten with a spatula; remove from cookie sheet and place on wire rack to cool. Enjoy!
