Scotcharoos
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup peanut butter
6 cups rice crispies cereal
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan combine sugar and corn syrup. Mix well and bring to boil, then remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter and mix well.
Pour hot mixture over rice crispies and coat evenly.
Press cereal into a buttered 9x13 caserole dish.
Melt chips together over low heat.
Spread over rice crispies and cool until firm.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
