Lemon Bundt Cake
Cake Ingredients:
1 package lemon cake mix
1 package instant lemon pudding ( 3.4oz )
2/3 cup water
1/3 cup lemon juice ( fresh )
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a well greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Flip cake out of bundt pan onto plate. Cover with sauce.
Sauce Ingredients:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon butter
lemon juice
yellow food coloring ( if desired )
Directions:
In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Add the lemon juice until desired thickness of glaze is achieved.
Pour over bundt cake and enjoy!
