Lemon Bundt Cake


Cake Ingredients:

  • 1 package lemon cake mix

  • 1 package instant lemon pudding ( 3.4oz )

  • 2/3 cup water

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice ( fresh )

  • 4 eggs

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a well greased and floured bundt pan.

  2. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Flip cake out of bundt pan onto plate. Cover with sauce.

Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon butter

  • lemon juice

  • yellow food coloring ( if desired )

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Add the lemon juice until desired thickness of glaze is achieved.

  2. Pour over bundt cake and enjoy!
