Grandpa Johnson's Orange Crepes

Crepes Ingredients:
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon melted butter
Directions:
In a blender combine milk, water, eggs and salt. Mix on low and slowly add butter and flour. Mix well. Pour into crepe pan and cook according to crepe manufacurer.
Orange Syrup Ingredients:
1 cube butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
juice of 2 to 3 oranges
zest of 1 orange
Directions:
In a small sauce pan, combine all ingredients and cook on medium heat until boils. Reduce heat to low until desired thickness. Remove from heat and serve over crepes.
I usually triple or quadruple this crepe recipe. Adjust sauce accordingly as well. Enjoy!
