Honey Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
2 lbs carrots cut into 1 inch lengths
1 can chicken broth
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons redwine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
butter
Directions:
Heat oil on med high. Add carrots and cook for 2 minutes; add honey, broth, vinegar, salt and pepper and bring to a boil then reduce to simmer, cover and cook another 10 minutes or until crisp tender;
Uncover and cook over med high until liquid is syrupy; about 7-9 minutes more.
Remove from heat and add butter, salt and pepper.
