Pizza Crust
Ingredients:
2 1/4 teaspoon yeast
3/4 cup water hot
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 cups flour
Directions
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add to food processor and combine remaining ingredients. Pulse until ball starts to form. Remove dough from the processor and dust lightly with flour.
Put dough ball into a lightly floured bowl, cover with a damp cloth and place in a pre-warmed oven ( less than 130 F. ) Allow dough to rise until almost double; approximately 45 minutes.
Divide dough into two separate balls and roll thin. Pierce crust with fork.
Top with your favorite toppings and bake at 450 F. for 12 to 18 minutes.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
